The City of Sveti Ivan Zelina has been handed over the main project, ie the complete project documentation for the Zelina Aquapark, which the City will now send to public law bodies and request their consent for the issuance of a building permit. The aquapark project will be realized in the area of the former Zelina pools, which in the second half of the last century were one of the most beautiful tourist centers in continental Croatia and a favorite picnic spot for thousands of Zagreb residents and others who came to swim in Sveti Ivan Zelina. The last fifteen years are no longer in operation, and in 2013 the City of Sveti Ivan Zelina began preparing the space and documentation to revitalize this area again. The project documentation consists of 14 parts of the main project and 4 studies, and was prepared by the company PulSaR arhitektura doo from Zagreb. “Obtaining a building permit is the final step before starting work. It is the most concrete indicator of our seriousness and determination to realize the Aquapark Zelina project, which the citizens are looking forward to.”Said Mayor Hrvoje Košćec during the handover of documentation. The conceptual solution for Aquapark Zelina was made by the company ActionPark WaterScapes from Spain in 2016, which is designed so that the project is realized in stages. In the first phase, water surfaces intended for swimming, bathing and relaxation will be built, as well as slides that can be used by adults and children. The first phase will also include a large “castle” with seven slides, and later a tall mega slide with other facilities will be added. There are locker rooms, toilets and other mandatory facilities for managing the aquapark, but most of the space will be used for catering and entertainment facilities that can operate throughout the year – club space in the basement, restaurant on the ground floor with terrace, large hall on the first floor which will serve for a larger number of guests and various ceremonies, exercise halls, wellness, spa or beauty facilities and the like. The estimated value of the project is 6 million euros, and the Aquapark Zelina project is also included in the list of capital projects of the Investment and Competitiveness Agency.

The Civil Law Court has placed a preliminary injunction against three local radio and television stations from broadcasting the 2014, FIFA World Cup currently being played in Brazil, in the South America. The block on Real TV, (Renaissance Communication Inc) SKY TV, (Sky Communication), CLAR TV (Royal Communication), and Love TV, (Sarafina Communication), was imposed following an appeal for “Declaratory Judgment” prayed for by the Liberia Broadcasting System (LBS).The ban that was imposed on June 30, according to the court, will remain in force pending the determination of the LBS’s appeal, on July 7.In the injunction, the court instructed its Sheriff (court officer) to enjoin and restrain the four media houses from further broadcasting the FIFA 2014, World Cup currently being staged and played in Brazil. It further instructed that the institutions were to appear before the court on July 7, to answer to the LBS’s declaratory judgment request.A Declaratory judgment is a binding judgment from a court defining the legal relationship between parties and their rights in the matter before the court. It does not provide for any enforcement, however. In other words, it states the court’s authoritative opinion regarding the exact nature of the legal matter without requiring the parties to do anything. In their complaint, the LBS alleged that it had been authorized by the FIFA as the only media institution in the country to broadcast the world cup matches. They further claimed that the authorities of these institutions have so far defied the orders from the FIFA, and were illegally broadcasting the games. The action followed a series of other requests informing the institutions to come to them and discuss about their interest in broadcasting the Brazil, 2014 World Cup matches. They further claimed that the institutions refused to hold a discussion with the management of LBS, and instead went ahead to broadcast the world cup games.Share this:Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window)Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window)
As reflected in the report, Israeli venture firms tend to favor mid-stage funding over seed funding by a great margin. In the fourth quarter of 2009, mid-stage companies accounted for over half of the funding, while seed companies gained just 4% of the total. We recently reported that the fourth quarter showed hope for American startups, both in mergers and acquisitions and venture funding. For comparison, the United States saw over $20 billion in venture funding for 2461 deals in 2009, an average of nearly $8.5 million per deal. With venture funding seemingly drying up in Israel, the United States could see an influx of foreign entrepreneurs coming to American for venture funds. Of course, this could be expedited by the creation of a startup visa program, a topic we wrote about earlier this month.Photo by Flickr user hoyasmeg. chris cameron Related Posts By sector, life sciences saw the most growth took the lion’s share of the money up from 15% in 2008 to 24% in 2009. Semiconductors in Israel continued a downward trend, falling from 15% of the funding in 2008 to just 8% in 2009, its lowest share since 2001. The internet and communications sectors held steady at 13% and 20% respectively, but they are nowhere near their numbers from 2000 when they combined for almost 70% of the total funding. A recent report by the Israel Venture Capital Research Center has found that funding in Israel fell drastically to $1.12 billion in 2009, nearly half the amount from the previous year. The 46% decrease marks the lowest funding numbers since 2003 and ends Israel’s streak of three consecutive years with increasing number of companies and funding dollars. The numbers are a sign of the worldwide economic stress that is affecting countries large and small across the globe. While funding plummeted between 2008 and 2009, the number of companies funded only fell roughly 7% from 483 to 447, which means less money is being given to each company. In the fourth quarter of 2009, the average financing round was just $2.2 million, down from $3.61 million during the same period in 2008. 8 Best WordPress Hosting Solutions on the Market
The Kochi franchise of the Indian Premier League (IPL) on Friday denied it was in talks with former Indian skipper Sourav Ganguly for a place in the team in the fourth season of the tournament. Reacting to media reports that the Kochi IPL was trying to sign up Ganguly, Mehul Shah, a majority stake owner in the franchise, told Headlines Today that there was no such move. Media reports had said that the Kochi IPL had contacted other teams to get a no-objection certificate (NOC) from them to rope in Ganguly, as players unsold in the auction could not be picked without their consent. The former Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) captain had remained unsold at the IPL 4 auctions held earlier this month. The 38-year-old batsman had played for KKR in the first three seasons.
